Franklyn Andrew Corlett (Frank) takes a vision and makes it a reality through comprehensive business analysis, research, planning, communication and strategy. He graduated from Muskingum University in May of 2008 with a Bachelors of Business Administration and subsequently transited into military service with the United States Navy from 2010 – 2017. During his active duty tenure, Frank was the recipient of numerous operational, personal and meritorious accommodation medals while serving honorably at multiple commands. While on active duty, through two back-to-back deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF), he obtained a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Trident University (2017). Since 2017, Frank has been employed by the City of Solon and has worn many functional hats to support the city in refining its core business processes. Frank believes that knowledge should be continual to be a top performing professional in today’s ever changing market. With this ambition, he has achieved certification as a Public Manager through Cleveland State University (2019), and has embarked on a doctorate study in Business Administration which he hopes to have defended and completed in late 2023 or early 2024. Frank enjoys the motto of “work hard, play hard”, and tries to instill that motto to his children Giovanni and Dominic, with the continued support of his wife, Christina. Frank has spent the last 13 years leading, mentoring, coaching, and advising professionals, veterans, children, and has enjoyed every bit of it.

Robert William Dolan

Robert William Dolan (Bob) has been working in the accounting profession for approximately 40 years. He graduated from Cleveland State University in June 1990 after spending fifteen years (part full time, part night school) working towards his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting. Bob received his certificate as a Certified Public Accountant in 1996 and is currently active. He has spent the last Twenty-four years in the public sector. Bob was employed with the City of Cleveland for eight years where he served in the positions of City Controller and Deputy Commissioner of Accounts. Currently he is the Finance Director and Deputy Fiscal Officer for the Cuyahoga County Public Library. Bob currently sits on the Ohio Educational Credit Union Board, serves on the Ohio GFOA Education Committee, served on the Board of the Public Library Employees Credit Union (2006 – 2010), and has been active with different functions involving his Church, including coaching Track and Cross Country. He is widowed from his wife Debbie who he was married to for 39.5 years and has two Children, Robert A. Dolan (Age 40) and Kathryn L. Justice (Age 37). He is also a grandfather to Alyssa (Age 20), Lauren (Age 18), and Acadia (Age 9) who are his daughter’s children.

Matt Rubino

Matt Rubino has worked in local government finance for almost 25 years. He holds a degree in Business Finance and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Akron (Go Zips!) Matt has been the Director of Finance for the City of Solon since May of 2016. Prior to coming to Solon, Matt had served as the Director of Finance for the City of Shaker Heights and Budget Director for Cuyahoga County, among the other roles during his 14 year tenure with the County. He also had the privilege of working with fellow CCOG member Bob Dolan at the City of Cleveland, Department of Finance many, many years ago. He currently resides in Medina with his wife Nicole, son Aidan, and a spoiled cavachon named Ginger. In his spare time he likes to be active outdoors and can often be found risking life and limb on the local mountain bike trails.

Steven A. Sayers

Steve Sayers is a veteran educator and administrator. Over the last 35 years, he has been a math teacher, athletic director, varsity basketball coach, high school assistant principal, and high school principal. In 2001, he transitioned to district administration, serving as Director of Personnel and then superintendent of Southeast Local Schools and Amherst Exempted Village Schools. In 2022, Steve was named the Superintendent of Kenston Schools. His areas of expertise include a record of fiscal responsibility coupled with high-quality performance; and the ability to consolidate and restructure services for greater efficiency. Steve also developed partnerships for various educational and athletic facility improvements, including constructing a new elementary school. Steve received his Masters in School Administration from Ashland University. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Kent State University and an Associate of Arts Degree from Lorain County Community College. Steve has been married to his wife, Marie, for 34 years. They are the proud parents of Todd, Julie, and Trent and have two grandchildren, Clair and Connor.

Jeff Mori

Jeff Mori is a seasoned operations and facilities professional who focuses on staff development, process improvement, and customer experience.  Jeff has been involved in construction and operations his entire life, with knowledge and understanding of nearly every building trade and operational responsibility, from the everyday tasks to emergency response and mitigation.  He has worked his way up the professional ranks from a master carpenter to his current Chief Operations Officer position.  Jeff has a business degree from Malone University and a master’s degree in public administration from Kent State University.  Jeff has enjoyed the journey of his career, building strong relationships and solving complex problems at the College of Wooster, Kent State University, and now at Cuyahoga County Public Library.  In his current role, Jeff oversees Information Technology (IT), Facilities, and Security for the number one rated library system in the nation.   Outside of work, Jeff spends time with his wife, Candy, and three children, Isaac, Conner, and Nya, being active and staying fit.  Whether out hiking, playing golf, or training, Jeff is always competing to be the best version of himself and trying to bring out the best of those around him.

Seth Cales

Seth Cales is currently the CFO and Treasurer of Kenston Local School District. He has over twelve years’ experience in corporate finance and treasury within the private sector. There he was responsible for corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, financial planning and analysis, and corporate treasury. Seth holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration Degree, Economics, from Kent State University and a Master’s of Business Administration Degree from Texas A&M University. In his spare time, he likes to stay active outdoors with his wife, Monica, and son, Ezra.
